As a cooperatively owned non-profit corporation, members are the heart and soul
of Silver Moon Health Services. Members decide policy and activities, set and
manage the budget, volunteer at events, and serve their community. Members have
access to services, support, referral, and networking, and they have a decision
making voice in the organization - all for the tiny annual fee of $5.
There are two levels of membership: General membership, for individuals
who are not health care professionals, and Professional membership,
intended for those who are actively practicing health care
professionals.

Members support the mission of Silver Moon Health Services (SMHS)
throught the generous donation of time, talent, and funds. In return,
SMHS strives to provide its membership with professional networking,
referal to health providers within our community, low cost sick room
supplies and other health related services.
